Let's all run Generative AI Failure Workshops! In Gartner's CIO Leadership Forum Keynote shared earlier this year, we proposed that executives should run AI Failure Workshops to raise staff awareness of the unusual ways in which Generative AI can cause issues, both from bad actors (e.g. deepfakes, promptware etc.) and corporate misuse (unwanted bias and discrimination, hallucinations etc.) We have just published a Gartner toolkit to help our customers run these workshops.
